Asharqia Chamber held in
the end of the last week, a meeting of Eastern Region Pioneers, who presented a
model of two successful experiments in the business sector, the
first with Rasha Al Twaijri, a partner in Lamlicious sweets
and Scramble restaurant, which opened its doors a few days ago, and the second:
Noof Al Qahtani, the owner of Nashaq institution and number one perfumes maker in the Kingdom.
Both presented a brief introduction of their projects and the main challenges
they faced as young pioneers and the opportunities of their success and the
ways and means they used to achieve excellence and pioneering, they stressed that
distinction of the projects is achieved
by following two factors, a distinction in the choice of elements that the
project relies on, and the choice of the appropriate methods in customer
service and presenting the products.
And talked about the importance of involving employees in the project and having
a look to their notes to increase their sense of belonging to the project,
stressing the importance of this being a fundamental factor in the
sustainability of the projects.
The meeting aims to support the businesswomen benefiting of Asharqia Chamber Center, by discussing subjects related
to their business such as accounting, management, human resources, trading identity
and the successful stories of some of the projects to get the experience and
lessons.
